Summary

Voting for CatCraft on server list websites helps new players find the server, and every vote gets you a reward. Vote on enough sites in a day and you can also join the piñata party at spawn, where everyone hits a piñata for free loot and crate keys.

How to vote

1. Join any realm. You need to be online when you vote to receive your rewards.
2. Go to https://catcraft.net/vote, or type /vote in game for the link.
3. Click each vote site and enter your Minecraft username.

Bedrock players. Add an underscore before your name on the vote sites, for example _Steve. Some vote sites only accept Java Edition names.

If you vote while you’re offline, your reward is saved and given to you the next time you log in.

Each vote crate key opens the Vote Crate. Hover over (or tap) a reward to see it.

Open your vote keys at the crates. Type /crates to get there.

Vote site cooldowns

Each vote site has its own timer. Some let you vote again 24 hours after your last vote, and others reset once a day at a fixed time. If a site says you’ve already voted, try it again later. CatCraft counts one vote per site every 12 hours.

The piñata party

When enough players have voted, a piñata llama appears at spawn and everyone who has voted can hit it.

• What starts it. Each player who votes on 9 different sites adds one to the server’s piñata count. When the count reaches 150, the piñata spawns at spawn and a message is shown in chat.
• Who can hit it. Players who have voted on 9 different sites within the last 24 hours. If you haven’t, you’ll get a message telling you to vote on all the sites first.
• Hitting it. The piñata takes more hits the more players are online. It fights back by teleporting, knocking players away, jumping into the air, shrinking into a baby and handing out speed boosts.
• Every hit can give you leather, an iron ingot, a gold ingot or a diamond.
• When it breaks, every player who took part gets a cat crate key and 3 vote crate keys, with a chance of gold ingots and a golden apple, and a small chance of a dragon crate key or the current monthly crate key.

Clear some space in your inventory before the party starts, so you don’t miss any loot.
