Warning: Using All modifications on the server is at your own risk
Types of modifications allowed on catcraft, and an explanation of what is permitted and not permitted from being used. If a mod does not fit into any one of these categories, it is banned.
Client Performance Improvement Modifications
Modifications that solely attempt to improve the Minecraft client's performance without making changes to the game itself. For instance, Optifine is allowed and encouraged to allow applying the catcraft custom resource pack.
Modifications that change only the game's look and feel without modifying gameplay, such as standard shader modifications or even resource packs. These must not change the properties of blocks (e.g. make non-transparent blocks transparent) or change the players' perspective (e.g. allowing them to see around or over objects they normally wouldn't be able to).
Cosmetic HUD (Head-Up Display) Modifications
Modifications that alter the look and feel of the in-game head-up display (HUD), without adding extra information would normally be unavailable to the player. HUDs adding armor and status effects, which are available to the player in their inventory screen, are permitted, but mini-maps, other player health/armor indicators, player distance/range, etc., are banned.
Brightness & Gamma Adjustment Modifications
Modifications that alter the brightness and gamma settings of the Minecraft client, allowing you to see in darker areas that would normally be too dark to see in, are allowed.
